Mr. asked the Prime Minister what change has been made in the composition of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.

§ The Prime Minister
The hon. Member for Norfolk, South West (Mr. Hawkins) has been appointed a substitute member of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe in place of the hon. Member for Bromsgrove and Redditch (Mr. Miller).
