§ Mr. Harold WalkerI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that one of the applications has been recommended by the Action Committee for Merseyside for approval by the Job Creation Programme Central Unit, and that discussions are continuing with the West Lancashire District Council concerning the other two applications.
