§ Mr. John FraserFull-time fishermen made redundant and wishing to obtain social security benefits should make their claim like any other person at their nearest benefit office. Their title to unemployment benefit, including earnings related supplement, will be determined in 589W the normal way under existing legislation by the independent adjudicating officers. They will qualify for redundancy payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts if they have the requisite 104 weeks of reckonable service with the employer.
