§ Mr. Denis HowellAn inter-departmental working party was set up in July 1974. It has held 17 meetings and taken evidence from a wide range of public opinion. The last meeting was held in October 1975. A Report is being prepared and should be submitted to me shortly. A decision about the publication of the Report will be taken when it has been considered by Ministers.
