asked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) what is the total rental received in respect of the empty Government advance factory in Blaenau Ffestiniog since April 1973;

(2) if he will give detailed breakdown of the total cost of renovating the empty Government advance factory in Blaenau Ffestiniog;

(3) what is the total value of the contract for renovating the empty Government advance factory in Blaenau Ffestiniog;

(4) when the contract was awarded for work on renovating the empty Government advance factory at Blaenau Ffestiniog; and when he expects work to be completed;

(5) how many people are now employed on renovating the empty Government advance factory at Blaenau Ffestiniog, and how many of these are local people;

(6) what progress has been made by his Department in renovating the empty 40,000 sq. ft. Government advance factory at Blaenau Ffestiniog;

(7) what plans he has to recover from Forgings and Fasterners (Wales) Ltd. part or whole of the cost of dilapidations on the empty Government advance factory in Blaenau Ffestiniog.
