§ The Attorney-GeneralThe evidence disclosed as a result of the police investigation was most carefully considered in conjunction with the report of inspectors appointed under the Companies Act. The Director of Public Prosecutions decided on the advice of Treasury Counsel that the evidence did not justify proceedings. I see no reason to differ from his conclusion.
