§ Dr. OwenI would refer my hon. and learned Friend to my reply to my hon Friend the Member for Keighley (Mr. Cryer) on 10th February—[Vol 905, c.196.]—No information upon which to base an analysis of estimated costs between people who were or were not wearing seat belts when they were injured is available.
