§ The Prime MinisterI certainly hope to make further official visits to the National Exhibition Centre. I have followed the development of this project with great interest. I visited the site in April last year and, although I was unable to be present at the opening ceremony at the beginning of this month, I took the opportunity again to pay tribute to Birmingham's initiative and achievement when I spoke at the annual dinner of the Birmingham Chamber of Industry and Commerce within the National Exhibition Centre complex on 5th February.
