§ The Prime MinisterI received the CPRS report on the car industry early in October, but since a considerable amount of the information contained in the report was supplied by the motor manufacturing firms on a strictly confidential basis it was necessary to reach agreement with each firm on the deletions which were necessary before the report could be published.
