§ Mr. FreesonYes. This information was provided by local authorities when they submitted their bids for allocations for 1976–77 under Section 105 of the Housing Act 1974.
§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will divert the allocation of funds to local authorities that have not been taken up to Knowsley Borough Council under Section 105 of the Housing Act 1974.
§ Mr. FreesonI shall gladly consider reallocating to other authorities any funds that are not taken up. I understand, however, that Knowsley Borough Council is likely to be underspent in the current financial year.
