§ Mr. Roseasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) whether he will ensure that the proposed legislation for reorganisation of dock labour will not create redundancies among non-dockers currently employed by importers of meat and other foodstuffs;
(2) whether he will ensure that the proposed legislation for reorganising dock labour will not create monopoly conditions for members of particular unions in ports to be brought within the ambit of the Act.
