§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish in the Official Report a list of district councils in Wales which have not accepted responsibility for homelessness following his Circular 34/74.
§ Mr. Alec JonesThe results of the questionnaire which local authorities completed in July 1975 showed that nine authorities had not then accepted responsibility for homelessness. They are:
- Blaenau Gwent Borough Council
- Delyn Borough Council
- Taff Ely Borough Council
- Islwyn Borough Council
- Cardiff City Council
- Merthyr Tydfil Borough Council
- Rhuddlan Borough Council
- Afan Borough Council
- Arfon Borough Council
