As my right hon. Friend indicated in his answer to the hon. Member for Cardiff, North-West (Mr. Roberts) on 3rd February—[Vol. 904, c. 571]—he is considering, together with the Advisory Committee on the Supply and Training of Teachers, what measures may be possible to limit any rise in the number of teachers unemployed.
