§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales when authorities which have alleged deficits in their housing revenue accounts under the Housing Finance Act 1972 should initiate a progression towards fair rents, taking into consideration Part IV Section 62 of the Act.
§ Mr. Alec JonesLocal authorities now determine rents in accordance with the provisions of Section 113 of the Housing Act 1957 as amended by Section 1 of the Housing Rents and Subsidies Act 1975, which repealed Part VI, Section 62 of the Housing Finance Act 1972.
