§ Sir P. Rawlinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish details of the sums paid in the year ended 31st March 1975 by way of fees to persons not full-time civil servants but following the professions of (a) chartered architect, (b) chartered and quantity surveyors, (c) medical consultants, (a) medical general practitioners, 135W (e) dentists, (f) pharmacists, (g) civil engineers, (h) mechanical and electrical engineers, (i) estate agents and valuers, (j) solicitors, and (k) barristers, respectively.
§ Mr. CroslandDuring the year ended 31st March 1975 the following sums were spent by the Property Services Agency on professional fees:
£ Architects 9.8 million Quantity surveyors 6.1 million Civil engineers 3.8 million Mechanical and electrical engineers 2.8 million Estate agents and valuers 60,000 In addition, £8.3 million was spent on fees to consultants employed by the Department on motorway and trunk road
