§ The Prime MinisterThis is a matter on which we are in close and frequent contact with the United States authorities and the hon. Lady will be aware of the speech I made on 17th December at the annual dinner of the Association of American Correspondents in London, as well as a recent broadcast on a nationwide TV network, on these matters, broadcast throughout the United States.116W The United States Government are as concerned as we are about the flow of arms and money from United States sources to IRA terrorists and they cooperate very fully with us in tackling this problem.
