§ Mr. KaufmanI understand that the machinery and equipment to be transferred from Maidstone is mostly between five and 25 years old. It is now and will continue to be the property of Chrysler United Kingdom Limited and no payment is involved. The question, therefore, of the cost of the machinery and of a payment to be made does not arise.
