Mr. Henderson

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to receive the report of the public inquiry into the Scanitro proposals to build an ammonia plant in the vicinity of Peterhead.

I received the Scanitro Report on 22nd January. I am at present considering it and I shall announce my decision on it as soon as possible.
