§ Mr. FootThe agreement provides for the transfer of work from the company's Johnstone plant to Linwood and for this work to be performed at a temporary wage rate which is the same as an already established rate in the Linwood pay structure. This rate had previously been paid for the same work at Linwood. The pay policy does not prevent the payment of an established rate in such circumstances.
