§ Mr. Denis HowellThis information is not centrally recorded in my Department. The Sports Council is, however, aware of 48 sport and leisure centres which opened in 1974 and 55 in 1975. These include some dual provision schemes provided in schools jointly by the local education authority and the local district authority for use both by the school and also by the general community.
