§ Mr. MarksThe Windhover to Park Gate section of the M27 was opened on 25th September 1975 and the Park Gate to Portsbridge section is expected to open in March this year, approximately 12 months later than programmed. The delay has been due mainly to earthworks652W and other constructional problems and to the additional provision of noise barriers.
