§ Dr. GilbertAlthough there are delays over a small percentage of cases dealt with at the centre the centralised driver licensing system has now settled down reasonably well.
The centralised vehicle licensing system on the other hand is still causing problems, but action to resolve these is in hand, and further changes, mainly by way of simplification in procedures, will follow.
