§ Dr. OwenWe have asked the USSR authorities to arrange a visit to the institute by a consultant ophthalmologist from this country under the terms of the United Kingdom-USSR agreement on co-operation in the field of medicine and public health signed last year. I hope that this visit will take place shortly.
