§ Mr. Hayhoeasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether lie will ensure that the hospital services available to patients in the Hounslow, Brentford, Chiswick and Isleworth areas of West London are not adversely affected by schemes to re-allocate resources within the Health Service in England and that, if necessary, the implementation of such schemes is postponed in order to avoid reductions in service to patients.
