asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will make a statement upon his talks in Brussels with EEC Agriculture Ministers regarding fishing limts.

Discussions on fishery matters on 20th December took place in the Council of Foreign Ministers which my right hon. Friend, the Minister, attended. I would refer my hon.
