§ Mr. Dykesasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he expects to submit official draft proposals to the Geneva Conference on Rhodesia dealing with the incorporation of a settlement for existing Rhodesian Government public debt in any general package of economic and financial assistance after legal independence.

§ Mr. Robert Sheldon,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 20th December 1976], gave the following information:
I have nothing to add to the answer which I gave to a similar Question by the hon. Member on 9th December. As he will be aware, the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs announced on 14th December the adjournment of the Geneva Conference until 17th January.
