§ Mr. MeacherFrom March 1975 to October 1976 inclusive, 811 tractors were imported into the United Kingdom from the Soviet Union, accounting for less than 2 per cent. of the United Kingdom market. During this same period no United Kingdom tractors were exported to the Soviet Union, and the question of pro24W viding credit facilities did not therefore, arise.
