§ Mr. MaclennanMy Department has instituted no new studies since my right hon. Friend's appointment. However, the Government are at present considering the recent report by the National Consumer Council on Paying for Fuel, and 7W my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Energy will make a statement when the analysis of the report's recommendations has been completed.
