§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisThe non-appearance of the Order Book was due to an industrial dispute involving members of the National Graphical Association at the Parliamentary Press. There have been four separate industrial disputes in 1976 which have affected the normal delivery of parliamentary papers. The number of industrial disputes affecting the supply of parliamentary papers in their normal form in earlier years are as follows:
