What information is supplied to foreign Governments about the criminal convictions of applicants for visas or entry permits which have become spent by virtue of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and what negotiations are in train with such Governments with a view to making unnecessary the disclosure of spent convictions on such applications.
