§ Mr. HattersleyI have issued a consultative document proposing minor changes to the Price Code which are primarily consequential on the announcement by the Chancellor of the Exchequer of increases in excise duties on alcoholic drink and tobacco. Copies of the consultative document are available in the Vote Office.
