§ Mr. Grieveasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the annual rent of accommodation at Chadwick House, Solihull, which has been rented by the Government and allowed to remain empty; and what proposals he has for the use of these premises or, alternatively, their relinquishment on the interests of the taxpayer.
§ Mr. MarksChadwick House, Solihull, is partly used as a regional office for Inland Revenue. Alternative uses for the balance of the accommodation are being considered.
The annual rent is confidential between the lessor and my Department.
