(2) what representations he has received from the Liverpool City Council regarding the proposal that free port status be accorded the port of Liverpool; and what reply he has sent;
(3) if he will make a statement on the representations made for the port of Liverpool to be accorded free port status, details of which have been sent to him by the hon. Member for Liverpool, Scotland Exchange
