§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzieI cannot be satisfied while unemployment continues at its present high level. Nevertheless, the total number of jobs in Scotland associated with approvals under the various employment protection and creation schemes since their inception was over 38,000 at the last count. This is clearly beneficial.
