§ Mr. Robert C. BrownPublic relations for the Ulster Defence Regiment are controlled by Headquarters Northern Ireland, and two information officers from the headquarters are tasked to provide cover for the regiment. I attach great importance to the maximum effort being devoted to the public relations of the UDR at a time when its rôole is growing in importance and terrorists' attacks on its members have increased.
