§ Mr. Parkerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the full and proper description and definition, with precise references to Acts, circulars, &c., of the Government funds said to be available to local authorities for starting, or helping private funds to start, local historic buildings trusts or conservation trusts, revolving funds and the like.
§ Mr. ShoreNo Government funds are available to local authorities specifically to enable them to encourage the establishment of local building preservation trusts, and revolving funds. I am, however, sending my hon. Friend leaflets about grants which sometimes result in the establishment of revolving funds.
