Whether they will make representations to the Dutch Government emphasising the importance of ensuring that none of the 6 million dollars which the Dutch Government are reported to have given to Cuba should he used by Cuba to maintain troops in Angola.
§ Lord GORONWY-ROBERTSThis is not a matter in which Her Majesty's Government have anylocus standi. The Netherlands' Government have themselves made it clear however that none of their aid to Cuba should be used by the Government of that country to maintain troops in Angola.
