§ Mr. Durantasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) what proportion of the total number of those in full employment is not observing the current pay limit agreed by the Government and the TUC for 1976–77;
(2) what proportion of the total number of those in full employment did not observe the £6 pay limit in 1975–76.
§ Mr. Harold WalkerAs has previously been explained, my Department maintains comprehensive monitoring only of major settlements. All of these have conformed to the pay limits both during the £6 policy and under the current policy.
