HC Deb 13 December 1976 vol 922 cc583-4W
Mr. Sillars

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has received from councillors in Dalmellington and Patna against the Boundary Commission decision to exclude the Mosshill Industrial Estate from Cumnock

whether he will carry out a six-month exercise on the basis of the proposed regulations for health and safety representatives and committees at his headquarters so as to ascertain the cost involved.

Mr. Bishop

As my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Employment told the House on 19th November 1976—[Vol. 919, c. 797]—the Government have decided not to bring these proposed regulations into force for the time being and are considering the matter further.
