§ Mr. Dan Jonesasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many consultants have been brought before the courts in the last 10 years for neglect of their medical duties; and in how many cases they have been found guilty or successful actions have been brought against them;
(2) in how many cases in the past 10 years in which consultants have been found guilty of neglect, the neglect has resulted in the death of the person or persons concerned.
