§ Mr. Foot150 research assistants have access to the Library. The corresponding figures in December of 1973 and 1971 were 50 and, 24 respectively. The maximum number of passes to the Library issued to research assistants and the conditions under which they may be used are fixed by the Library Sub-Committee of the Services Committee.
