§ Mr. Hall-Davisasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will give the names of the members of the Nuclear Safety Advisory Committee, the posts they hold and their professional and scientific qualifications, the current terms of reference of the Committee and the arrangements in force for giving advice to the Health and Safety Executive and the Nuclear Installation Inspectorate.

§ Mr. BennI refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave him on 17th December 1975. The Nuclear Safety Advisory Committee met for the last time in October 1976. It is to be replaced by a new committee, the details of which will be published when it is set up, which I hope will be soon.
