§ Mr. StrangBovine tuberculosis in cattle was virtually eliminated in Great Britain during the campaign carried out in the 1950s. The incidence of the disease in recent years has been about 0.04 per cent. Over two-thirds of the reactors have been in South-West England, where the problem of tuberculous badgers has been encountered.
