§ Mr. CarterIt is not possible to identify specific school building projects which have been affected by the recent 87W cut-backs in public expenditure as approvals to new building projects are compiled annually and take account of the financial position at the time. A reduction of 0.4 million in 1977–78 in funds available for educational building projects in Northern Ireland is not expected to have any material effect in the Belfast, North constituency area.
