§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsThe published list of bodies I am consulting refers only to those with whom I shall be holding meetings during the first round of consultations. For practical reasons, these have had to be limited, but I recognise that many other organisations will have an important contribution to make to the debate. These organisations, of which the Professional Association of Teachers is one, have therefore been invited to put forward their views on the document which forms the framework for discussion at these preliminary meetings.
