§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Prime Minister if he will issue an instruction to Ministers not to use information contained in letters written to hon. Members which are copied to Government Departments, for the purpose of taking action against the writers of those letters in respect of matters which may be largely or wholly extraneous to the original subject matter.
