§ Mr. EnnalsThe Report of the Working Group on Homeless Young Persons has been sent to local authorities. The Government intend to consult the local authority associations on what more can be done to help homeless young people without incurring additional expenditure. In the light of these consultations, we will consider whether a circular of guidance should be issued to local authorities.
