§ Mr. John Grant,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 2nd December 1976; Vol. 921, c. 247], gave the following information:
From 1st April 1975 up to 30th September 1976, 352 prosecutions under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 had been heard in magistrates' courts.
