§ Mr. Clinton DavisThis Convention has so far been ratified only by the Federal Republic of Germany; it is understood that a number of other States are on the point of ratifying. The Convention will enter into force three months after ratification by six States in which the total number of patent applications filed in 1970 amounted to at least 180,000. The relevant number of applications for the Federal Republic of Germany is 66,132.
