§ Mr. OakesThe university and further education building programmes for 1976–77 include some provision for student accommodation, but residential projects have to compete with teaching and other types of accommodation for a share of the limited resources available. It is expected that the 1977–78 programmes will also contain a small amount of residential accommodation.
